How does direct booking work?

Send your request with your dates; the owner replies in person within 24 hours, with no commitment. Online payment is coming; until then, everything is settled directly with her, on clear terms.

Is the price really lower than on platforms?

Platforms add guest fees (~14%) on top of the rate. Booking direct, those fees simply do not exist: the price shown here is the real price.

Can the two houses be booked together?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is the whole estate: sixteen guests, two pools, eight bedrooms, and an estate discount applied to the quote. The selection happens in the booking flow.

What about the four other houses?

Accepted Answer

They are designed and under construction. Each will open in its own time — the estate dial presents them, and you can ask to be notified when they open.
