What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form or a stay request:

• your name;
• your e-mail address;
• your phone number, if you give it;
• the dates or period you have in mind, and the house you are interested in;
• the message you write.

For technical reasons, the IP address of the connection at the time of sending is added: it is used only to filter out automated submissions.

Technical browser memory

To remember your dates and the house you chose during your visit, the site writes to your browser's memory (session storage). This memory never leaves your device, identifies no one and vanishes when the tab is closed: it does not require your consent.

Trackers, audience measurement and advertising

By default, everything is refused. On your first visit, a banner offers two purposes, audience measurement and advertising, which you can accept, refuse or choose one by one. Until you answer, the six signals of Google's consent mode stay on “denied”: no cookie is set and no measurement or advertising data is transmitted to Google or Meta (only the Google tag manager file is loaded, like any web page resource, without any cookie or identifier). Refusing is as easy as accepting, and changes nothing to your browsing.

Audience measurement — Google Analytics

If you accept it, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (property G-893KEK43JN) through the Google Tag Manager container GTM-W7Z5BFM3. We draw aggregated figures from it: pages viewed, where the visit came from, type of device, country. Google then sets its measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_…) on your browser. This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Dublin) and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We enable neither Google's advertising signals nor personalisation without your separate consent to advertising.

Advertising — Meta pixel

If you accept the “advertising” purpose, the site loads the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram). It lets us measure whether our ads bring visits and requests, and build audiences for our campaigns. Without your consent, this script is not even downloaded and there is no fallback tracking image. The data is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Dublin) and may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, which adheres to the same data protection framework.

Campaign attribution

If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the campaign identifier carried by the address (gclid, fbclid, utm_…) is kept in your browser's memory for the duration of the visit, and for up to 90 days if you have accepted audience measurement. It is sent to no one but us: it is only attached to a stay request you send us, so that we know which campaign brought it.

Changing your mind

Your choice is remembered in your browser for 6 months, then asked again. You can change or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; a withdrawal takes effect from the next page. Cookies already set by Google or Meta can be deleted from your browser settings.

Proof of your choice

Because the law requires us to be able to prove your consent, each real action on the banner (accept, refuse, choose, withdraw) is recorded on our server with its date, the version of the banner and a copy of the text shown to you — with no IP address, no browser identifier, nothing that could be used to track you. This register serves that proof only.

Why, and on what basis

Your information is used to answer your request, to draw up a stay proposal and, where applicable, to prepare your booking. The legal basis is your request itself (pre-contractual measures) — we do not add you to any mailing list.

Audience measurement, the advertising pixel and the long-term storage of campaign attribution rest on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The IP address recorded when a form is sent and the keeping of the consent register rest on our legitimate interest: filtering out automated submissions and being able to prove your choice.

These two companies process measurement data under their own policies: Google, Meta.

For how long

Retention period for stay requests: . After that period, your request is deleted. If a stay took place, the related accounting records are kept for the legally required periods.

• Your choice on the banner: 6 months in your browser, then asked again.
• Campaign attribution: for the duration of the visit; up to 90 days with your consent.
• Google measurement cookies: lifetime set by Google; measurement data is kept by Google for up to 14 months, then aggregated.
• Meta pixel: data kept by Meta under its policy, linked above.
• Consent proof register: for as long as the trackers concerned may be set, as evidence.

Your rights

You can at any time ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, obtain a copy, or object to its processing. You can also withdraw your consent to trackers at any time, with no justification, through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. For the rest, an e-mail is enough — we answer within a month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés: cnil.fr.

The site is served over HTTPS end to end. Requests are stored on a server located in the European Union, accessible only to the owners of the estate through a password-protected account.
